黃教授主要研究興趣是探討中草藥, 神經蛋白 麻醉藥物及環境毒物對雄性生殖功能和睪丸癌症影響之細胞與分子相關機制。最近黃教授專注於瞭解 冬蟲夏草素與蟲草素如何影響睪丸內正常萊氏細胞雄性素產生; 冬蟲夏草素與蟲草素如何抑制萊氏腫瘤細胞生長; 纖維細胞生長因子9 (FGF9)如何促進正常萊氏細胞雄性素產生; 及纖維細胞生長因子9如何促進萊氏腫瘤細胞及腫瘤幹細胞之生長與發生。

Professor Huang majorly investigates the effects of Chinese herbs, growth factors, anesthetic drugs and toxicants on male reproductive function and testicular cancer with cellular and molecular mechanism examinations. Recently, Professor Huang has the foci on how Cordyceps sinensis/cordycepin regulate testosterone production; how Cordyceps sinensis/cordycepin suppress testicular cancer growth; how FGF9 induces testosterone production; and how FGF9 promotes testicular cancer cell and stem cell growths.
